Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are deeply grateful for your generous support and commitment to Gau Seva and the welfare of cows at Sodai Gaushala. We strive to maintain transparency and integrity in every donation and transaction.

1. Donations

All donations made to Sodai Gaushala Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed through our payment channel or via bank/UPI, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under normal circumstances.

We kindly request all donors to carefully verify the amount and purpose of the donation before proceeding with the payment.

2. Duplicate Transactions or Errors

In the rare case of any technical issue or duplicate payment, you may notify us within 7 working days of the transaction so we can review and assist you.

If you believe a duplicate transaction or error has occurred, please email us with the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Donor Name
  • Amount Donated
  • Date of Transaction
  • Payment Method Used

Once we verify the details and confirm the duplicate or erroneous transaction, a refund may be initiated to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
